Founded by Pete Concrete, the dutch record label Eat Concrete (website / MySpace) is gaining more and more acclaim worldwide in the realm of instrumental electronic boom bap music. My first experience with one of the label’s artists was the “Press Enter” mix (free, yay!) by Take, a Los Angeles based producer.
Next to Take’s new EP called “The Dirty Decibels of Thomas Two Thousand” Eat Concrete has so far put up a slick catalogue of releases (mostly compilations) featuring the likes of:
